Kazuchika Okada Returning To TNA Wrestling At Snake Eyes

TNA Snake Eyes will feature the return of Kazuchika Okada

Hell has indeed frozen over, with the revelation that Kazuchika Okada is set to make his return to TNA Wrestling.

Okada has been announced for TNA’s upcoming Snake Eyes TV tapings in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 14, 2024, with it being 13 years since Okada’s last appearance in a TNA ring.

‘The Rainmaker’ formerly wrestled on excursion in TNA as Okato, a gimmick inspired by Bruce Lee’s character in 1960s TV series The Green Hornet. The gimmick was one of the main reasons for the breakdown in relations between TNA and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, with NJPW horrified by TNA’s treatment of their next major star.

In the years since his last TNA appearance, Okada has not been afraid to publicly lambast the company, although he has admitted the run was beneficial to him as it helped him think more about character, and set him on the path to creating the ‘Rainmaker’.

It’s not been announced who Okada will be facing at the TV tapings, we’re just hoping that Okato mask stays firmly under lock and key.
