Kazuchika Okada Wants To Wrestle The Rock
Kazuchika Okada vs. The Rock - make it happen
Although his full-time wrestling days are behind him, The Rock still dusts his boots off from time-to-time, and should he get the itch to wrestle once more then New Japan’s Kazuchika Okada would like to wrestle him.
Okada revealed his desire to face The Rock when promoting Rock’s new movie Black Adam in Japan. Okada lends his voice talents to the Japanese dub of the movie, and said the following during a promotional event:
“It looks like he can fight. He looks like he can do it [Okada joked about the Black Adam figure]. I think we can have a match… Well, as a fellow pro wrestler, I’d like to have a match with him [Dwayne Johnson],” said Okada.
The Rock hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 32 in 2016, where he squashed The Wyatt Family’s Erick Rowan in six seconds. Before that, Rocky last laced up his boots to face John Cena at WrestleMania 29 in 2013. If an unlikely Rock vs. Okada match ever comes to fruition, Rock will have to have his game face on to face The Rainmaker.
