Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks weren't subtle about their disdain for CM Punk and Ace Steel on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite from Punk's hometown of Chicago, Illinois.

The Elite faced Death Triangle in the second match of their Best of Seven series on Dynamite and the trios mocked CM Punk and Ace Steel on multiple occasions during the contest.

Following chants of "CM Punk" and "F**k The Elite" during Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks' entrances, The Best Bout Machine proceeded to reference Punk, first doing the Go To Sleep pose before he hit PAC with a GTS. Omega then later bit PAC, a dig at Ace Steel who allegedly bit the former AEW World Champion during their brawl at All Out.

The Young Bucks then got in their own dig at Punk as Matt Jackson failed to connect with a Buckshot Lariat during the match, instead falling to the mat. Punk, of course, failed to hit a Buckshot Lariat twice during his Double Or Nothing match against Hangman Page.

Following Dynamite, Omega then thanked KENTA - the originator of the GTS - tweeting: "Thank you, @KENTAG2S. Always a good brother. Bullet Club 4-Life amirite?"

The Elite's mocking of Punk and Ace Steel also came only hours after Kenny Omega encouraged fans to "let it go."

"There are things no one can talk about, so I'd encourage people to let it go. It doesn't change that we want a team effort in AEW. I don't even mean implicitly myself and my opponent. It also means the referee, the fans, the people who set up the ring, everyone - even a technical error can ruin the memory of a match. I can refer back to the exploding barbed wire death match. So I encourage people to move away from it because there is no information to be released. Though I cannot talk about it, I do want the fans to know I still want the best for pro wrestling," Omega told Sports Illustrated.

Relations between CM Punk and The Elite ultimately deteriorated ahead of All Out in early September and their issues came to a head following Punk's now-infamous post-All Out press conference. The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega confronted Punk in his locker room after the media scrum and a brawl soon broke out also involving Ace Steel. All five men were suspended but The Elite have since returned, while Punk is reportedly in talks with AEW over a contract buyout. Ace Steel was fired.
