Kevin Knight is the newest member of the All Elite Wrestling roster, but Knight also remains part of New Japan Pro-Wrestling after signing a new deal.

Knight has impressed since making his AEW debut a little under two weeks back, with many seeing AEW’s gain as NJPW’s loss. However, during an interview with Adrian Hernandez of Unlikely, Knight revealed he is still part of NJPW:

"New Japan has nothing to worry about. I'm not going anywhere. As I got the AEW graphic, I inked a deal with New Japan as well. New Japan gotta deal with me for another year or so, and so is AEW. I'm doing both. Best of both worlds. The Jet is intergalactic, inter-dimensional, inter-promotional," Knight said.

Reports at the start of 2025 noted that Knight was one of several prominent gaijin wrestlers in New Japan approaching the end of their contract, with both AEW and WWE at the time keeping tabs on Knight.

Knight is set to reunite with Intergalactic Jet Setters partner KUSHIDA when the two challenge for the NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championships against World Class Wrecking Crew (Royce Isaacs & Jorel Nelson) at NJPW Windy City Riot. Knight will also be part of the upcoming Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
