In the aftermath of the Bad Blood 2024 premium live event, footage from fans in the parking lot area captured a shocking moment which has not yet aired on WWE programming or official social media - something which seems to be by design.

At Bad Blood, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes teamed with Roman Reigns to defeat Jacob Fatu & Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline, with a returning Jimmy Uso helping them out in the process. Rhodes’ friend, Kevin Owens, has reacted negatively to Rhodes getting into bed with someone like Reigns, who has been such a huge thorn in the side of WWE’s babyfaces, feuding with Owens off and on since all the way back in 2020, making his life hell.

In several clips making the rounds from different angles, Owens and Rhodes were shown arguing near the latter’s travel bus, with Owens prodding and poking the champion. Despite Rhodes trying to calm his friend down, Owens unleashed an attack on Rhodes, nailing him with fists and feet until a crowd of security emerged to break them apart. Owens got into a car and drove away, leaving Rhodes on the ground. It isn’t confirmed where this attack was supposed to be filmed by WWE cameras alone or if the idea was to get it leaked with fan footage to add realism to the angle.
