While she may not be under a talent contract with WWE, that doesn't mean Lana (AKA CJ Perry) hasn't put pen to paper on a deal with the company.

Following reports that Lana had signed a WWE Legends deal, Deadline has noted in a story with official comments from Lana that she has indeed inked a Legends deal with the pro wrestling company.

Lana previously performed for WWE from 2013 until her release in June 2021, primarily serving as the on-screen manager of Rusev. Lana also had a brief run in All Elite Wrestling from September 2023 to April 2024.

Lana signing a WWE Legends deal comes amid Rusev returning to WWE on the Raw after WrestleMania 41 in which he took out Otis and Akira Tozawa of Alpha Academy. Rusev has signed a new two-year deal with WWE.

Rusev previously performed for WWE from 2010 until his release in April 2020. He then wrestled for All Elite Wrestling from September 2020 until he was released in February 2025.
