Lance Archer Comments On Being Managed By Jake "The Snake" Roberts In AEW

After Bully Ray shared his concerns...

Lance Archer and Jake "The Snake" Roberts have proved to be a formidable duo in All Elite Wrestling. The Murderhawk Monster is 3-0 on Dynamite and has looked dominant in vignettes at The Murderhawk Mansion. Archer could even start the Summer with gold around his waist if he wins the TNT Championship Tournament.

Despite the early success of Archer's and Roberts' partnership, Bully Ray shared his concerns with The American Psycho during a recent edition of Busted Open Radio. The WWE Hall Of Famer said he doesn't think Lance needs a manager, but the former IWGP United States Champion quelled Bully's fears as he called Roberts "one of the best speakers in this business today" and explained their partnership works because "He's doing the talking and I'm doing the killing."

The Murderhawk Monster said: "He's one of the best speakers in this business today and I believe that I've grown in my ability to get out there and say what I need to say when I need to say it. I think there's an "all in due time" scenario right now and the fact that Jake can come out there and says what he says, and the nuances he can produce in a way nobody else in the business is able to do, I'm all for. I think it just helps me transition back into a full time American fan base. I think that's one of the biggest reasons why and I think this is a good transition with somebody they absolutely know and they adore that is Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and it helps them to understand who I am and what I'm about. He’s doing the talking and I'm doing the killing."
