Back in 2024, former WWE, ECW, and WCW star 2 Cold Scorpio (real name Charles Scaggs) was arrested after a stabbing incident which took place at a gas station, leading to Scaggs being charged with two felonies. He had bonded out of prison and initially pleaded not guilty to charges, even wrestling in the time between his arrest and prior to when his trial date was scheduled to begin. In the time since his initial arrest, Scaggs has pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal, but things are still ongoing with a latest legal update.

On September 9, it has been noted that the prosecutors in this case have filed a motion which seeks to revoke the bond of Scaggs and have him jailed. There has been no word as of yet on what prompted this course of action. A court hearing will now take place on September 17. He is set to be officially sentenced on October 9 this year, provided dates do not get pushed back.

Scaggs accepted lesser charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal accident during the 2024 incident, in which Scaggs was working as a security guard for Love’s Travel Stops.
