Lawsuit Filed Against Tammy Sytch Following Fatal Car Accident

A lawsuit has been filed against Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch following fatal car accident

A civil lawsuit has been filed against Tamara Lynn Sytch and her boyfriend (James F. Pente), by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter.

The suit was filed on April 12 before Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida.

The 75-year-old Lasseter was killed last month when Sytch, who performed for WWE, ECW and WCW as 'Sunny', allegedly caused a three-car collision on Florida's US-1 highway on March 25.

Sytch - who does not possess a valid driver's licence following a string of DUI convictions - reportedly crashed into Lasseter, whose vehicle was stationary, at high speed.

The lawsuit is seeking 'in excess of $30,000'. It alleges negligence on the part of Sytch and claims that her boyfriend is 'vicariously liable' for her actions, since he allowed her to operate his vehicle.

Sytch and Pente have yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Sytch has not yet been charged in relation to the crash, as police are awaiting toxicology results to determine whether or not she was impaired at the time (as they suspect).

A major star in the 90s, in recent years Sytch's life has been dogged by personal and legal issues.
