Leaked Images Of Ring On Roof Of WWE Headquarters Prior To Money In The Bank

It's a race to the top...

It was confirmed on Friday that the ladder matches for WWE Money in the Bank would take on a unique twist for 2020: the briefcases will be suspended on the roof of WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT, and the matches themselves would begin on the ground floor of the offices. From there, it'll be a race to the roof to procure the briefcases, in what has potential to make for chaotic television.

Ahead of the announcement, photos surfaced of a wrestling ring being built on the roof of the building, with a little added perspective on just how high off the ground the climaxes of the ladder matches will be.

The event was originally scheduled to take place at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore on Sunday, May 10, before plans changed amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Asuka, Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, and Dana Brooke have been confirmed for the women's match, while Daniel Bryan has qualified for the men's.

Future qualifiers include Lacey Evans vs. Sasha Banks for the women's match, and Rey Mysterio vs. Murphy, Aleister Black vs. Austin Theory, Apollo Crews vs. MVP, and Drew Gulak vs. King Corbin for the men.
