Lexis King Asks Fans To Stop Using Controversial Name

No more using a certain name for Lexis King fans

Lexis King has asked fans to use a different name when describing themselves.

King has referred to his fan base as the 'intellexuals' since he made his WWE NXT debut earlier this year but some fans have taken it upon themselves to adopt the name 'Registered Lex Offenders.'

King himself finds the name funny but he has asked fans to let it die as it is, obviously, something that cannot be said on WWE TV.

"Yeah, the 'Registered Lex Offenders' is a little... as much as I think it's funny, I think that one has to die. Because we can't say that on TV. It's just a little too, you know, I appreciate the creativity, you guys. [Off-screen woman asks what he's talking about] They call themselves the 'Lex Offenders', yeah. Isn't that funny?" King stated on his Twitch stream.

King signed with WWE earlier this year after his All Elite Wrestling contract expired. The former Brian Pillman Jr. made his NXT premium live event debut at Deadline but he ultimately came up short in singles action against Carmelo Hayes.
