Liv Morgan Provides Update On Her Status For WWE Super Show-Down

"I'm 100% cleared by the WWE doctors..."

When the news broke earlier this week that Liv Morgan was cleared to wrestle at WWE Super Show-Down in Australia on Saturday, a number of people online were asking the same question: "How can somebody with a concussion be cleared to wrestle seven days later?"

Thankfully, Morgan has been afforded the opportunity to speak out about her status for Super Show-Down, squashing any and all concerns fans might have about her head following what happened with Brie Bella on last week's Raw.

Speaking with The Mirror, the Riott Squad member said that she is 100% cleared by WWE's medical staff, before mentioning how extensive the tests she went through are. Here's the full quote from the interview:

"I'm 100% cleared by the WWE doctors. They took great care of me. They have a very extensive concussion protocol, which we followed 100% and luckily I am feeling fantastic and we are ready to win."

As I'm sure you're aware by now, last week's Raw saw Brie accidentally kick Liv in the face. Liv was concussed as a result the incident and revealed backstage that she couldn't remember anything from the match that had just taken place despite the fact she was back in the ring taking part in a six-way Suplex spot.

After being diagnosed with a concussion that night, Morgan's status for both Super Show-Down and Evolution - WWE's first-ever all women's pay-per-view on 28 October - was cast into doubt. However, as mentioned earlier, Dave Meltzer confirmed the rumours online that she had been cleared, and now the lady herself has put all rumour and innuendo to bed.
