Matt Hardy Claims Jeff Hardy Is Out Of Action With A Dislocated Jaw

Jeff Hardy is injured, according to Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy has provided an update on his brother Jeff Hardy, claiming the former WWE Champion is currently on the shelf with a dislocated jaw following an attack by Bullet Club Gold on the June 21 episode of AEW Dynamite, during which Juice Robinson hit Jeff with a roll of quarters.

"The roll of coins, it dislocated his jaw. They thought it might have been broken, but it was dislocated, so it's only looking like a couple of weeks. So, yeah. It is what it is. It's pro wrestling. It's not ballet, as they say," Matt said on the Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast.

Hardy has been off AEW TV since The Hardys' shock loss to The Gunns on the June 21 episode of AEW Dynamite. Reports have noted that Jeff was written off TV due to his past arrests which prevented him from entering Canada for AEW's current tour of the Great White North.

Matt Hardy has teamed with Isiah Kassidy during Jeff's time off TV, losing to QT Marshall and Johnny TV on the June 30 episode of AEW Rampage.

All Elite Wrestling will return to the United States from the July 19 edition of AEW Dynamite. That show will feature Blood & Guts III between The Elite and Blackpool Combat Club.
