Matt Hardy Confirms Marq Quen Is Out Of Action Due To Injury

Marq Quen out with an injury

One-half of Private Party is out of action.

Marq Quen has not wrestled since the taped December 2 edition of AEW Rampage and Matt Hardy has confirmed Quen is currently on the shelf, noting ahead of the January 2 episode of Dark: Elevation that his ally will be "out of action for a bit."

Quen responded to Hardy's tweet, writing"I'll be back faster than a barefoot jackrabbit on a hot greasy griddle in the middle of August!!"

What injury Marq Quen is dealing with is unknown. It was noted in recent weeks on AEW programming that he was suffering from a shoulder issue and Quen was "sent home" last week by Stokely Hathaway and replaced in a 12-man tag by Ethan Page.

Quen has been a part of AEW since 2019 with Private Party tag team partner Isiah Kassidy. They have been connected to Matt Hardy for much of their AEW runs and the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion linked back up with Private Party in recent months.
