Matt Riddle Issues First Statement Since WWE Reportedly Sent Him To Rehab

A statement from Matt Riddle has been released on Twitter

Matt Riddle has issued his first statement since WWE reportedly sent him to rehab.

Taking to Twitter, Riddle posted a photo of him and adult film star Misha Montana having dinner and wrote: "I've been working a lot on myself lately and have been saying no and setting boundaries for the first time ever and certain people aren't happy about it, but I couldn't be healthier or happier. Thank you for all the support."

When the photo of Riddle and Misha Montana was taken is unknown.

The former United States Champion was written off WWE TV on the December 5 edition of Raw with a post-match beatdown from Solo Sikoa. A report from Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net claimed soon after that Riddle had been sent to rehab by WWE following a second failed drug test in 2022. Riddle's ex-girlfriend, adult film star Jordan Maxx, then seemingly confirmed he had entered rehab.

Riddle has been a featured performer in WWE during 2022, first as part of RK-Bro with Randy Orton before he transitioned to singles action due to The Viper's serious back injury. Riddle has since feuded with Roman Reigns over the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and Seth Rollins.
