Meiko Satomura Returning To WWE NXT

Meiko Satomura heading back to WWE NXT

Meiko Satomura will make her return to WWE NXT next week.

It was announced on Tuesday that Satomura will team with NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez next week to take on Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. The match was booked after Carter and Chance confronted Perez backstage on February 7 and challenged her to find a tag team partner. Perez later revealed that Satomura had accepted the offer to team with her on February 14.

Satomura was previously a top star in NXT UK until WWE shuttered the brand in August 2022. The Final Boss had a brief run in NXT in September of 2022. Shawn Michaels noted that Satomura was away from NXT either because of visa issues or because she was considering committing to WWE long-term.

Bron Breakker will also return to NXT next week following his successful title defence against Grayson Waller at Vengeance Day on February 4. Wes Lee will hold an open challenge for the NXT North American Championship too, while Tyler Bate will face Tyler Bate, and Hank Walker will go one-on-one with Charlie Dempsey.
