Mia Yim Addresses IMPACT Wrestling Departure

Mia Yim left IMPACT after the post-Bound For Glory TV tapings

Mia Yim is officially a free agent after the expiration of her IMPACT Wrestling contract, and amidst speculation about her future, Yim has spoken of her exit from the company.

Taking to Instagram, Yim posted a pic of herself alongside Gail Kim, Gisele Shaw, and Taya Valkyrie, as well as several other images with the following caption:

"Thank you @impactwrestling @gailkimitsme @scott.damore. You believed in me when I didn’t believe myself and gave me that passion again. It has been a true privilege being a part of the locker room and working with everyone. I will support and root for everyone’s success! Impact Wrestling will forever hold a special spot in my heart. This isn’t goodbye. Love you all."

After rejoining IMPACT in May 2022, Yim penned a short-term contract with the company, and after losing to Mickie James at Bound For Glory wrestled at the post-pay-per-view tapings before officially departing the company.

Yim previously wrestled for TNA/IMPACT between 2015 and 2017 as Jade, before heading to WWE NXT in 2018. Yim was released by WWE in late 2021, and after her IMPACT departure, fans are speculating whether Yim could rejoin WWE.
