Injured Talent Appears After AEW Dynamite Goes Off The Air

An injured talent was back in AEW post-Dynamite

An injured star was back in All Elite Wrestling following Wednesday's episode of Dynamite from Toronto, Canada.

Orange Cassidy finally captured a championship in the main event of Dynamite, defeating PAC to win the AEW All-Atlantic Title following a second Orange Punch.

After the orange confetti had filled the ring, Cassidy cut a promo after Dynamite went off the air, stating that he doesn't like carrying things before he asked someone to bring him his backpack. The injured Kris Statlander then made a surprise appearance in the Coca-Cola Coliseum, carrying Cassidy's backpack while The King of Sloth Style joked about how slow she was walking down the ramp.

Cassidy then placed the All-Atlantic Title in the backpack before he thanked fans for attending the show and asked them to return on Thursday for Rampage.

Statlander has been out of action since early August after she sustained a torn ACL and lateral meniscus, and suffered impaction fractures to her tibial and femoral heads while wrestling on AEW Dark.
