Report: Mia Yim Departs IMPACT Wrestling

Mia Yim gone from IMPACT

Mia Yim is done with IMPACT Wrestling.

The former Knockouts World Champion's contract expired following IMPACT's post-Bound For Glory TV tapings on Saturday and Yim did not extend her deal with the promotion, Fightful Select reported. Yim only made her IMPACT debut back at Under Siege in May, signing a short-term contract with IMPACT.

During her short run with IMPACT, Yim unsuccessfully challenged for the Knockouts World Championship at Slammiversary in the first-ever Queen of the Mountain Match, and at Emergence. She was also briefly involved in the X-Division Title picture. On her way out, Yim lost to Mickie James at Bound For Glory as her Last Rodeo continues. HBIC then put over Taylor Wilde at Saturday's tapings.

IMPACT are reportedly open to Yim re-signing with the promotion and her latest run was considered positive.

Four other talents in Vincent, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, and Maria Kanellis all left IMPACT following the post-Bound For Glory TV tapings. WWE are believed to be interested in Taven, while Vincent was backstage at Monday's episode of WWE Raw
