Mickie James Still Wants To Face WWE's Charlotte Flair

They never went one on one in WWE

While Mickie James spent five years with WWE during her second run with the company from 2016 until her release in April 2021, Hardcore Country never faced Charlotte Flair in a singles match.

Even though they are now in different companies, James still wants to face Flair.

"I still would want a moment with Charlotte because I never got it. That's number one. That will always be... I really wanted to have that moment with her. I don't know why it matters so much, I'm just like 'God, we finally got that little moment in the Rumble,' a little beat, and it was pretty awesome. My whole tenure there, the whole time I was back, we were never in the ring together until that moment, which is so crazy to me," James said on Tru Heel Heat

James interacted more with the other Four Horsewomen of WWE, including a Two Out Of Three Falls Match with Becky Lynch in 2017, but the IMPACT Knockouts Champion admitted she would have loved to have done more with them.

"I would have loved to have a run, a real angle with Sasha, Bayley, Becky. I love all those girls, they are mega-talented and I always think about what I could do with them or what we could do together," she added.

Beyond WWE, there are plenty of wrestlers James wants to face, including Britt Baker and Serena Deeb, she revealed.

"Britt [Baker] is amazing, I'd love to do some stuff with her. Serena [Deeb], I want to wrestle her always and forever. I'm open to all challenges. It was cool to wrestle Kiera [Hogan]. That was a cool bridge because she's with AEW but never had a shot at the IMPACT Knockouts Championship when she was there," James continued.

"At NWA we were able to do that and have this moment. I have so much love and admiration for her. She has such a good heart and soul and is so passionate and is so young and is going to go so far and do so much. I'm excited, I just never thought we'd actually be in the same ring together. To be able to make that happen was pretty cool."
