Since forming a working relationship in December 2020, AEW and IMPACT Wrestling have exchanged talent in a limited capacity.

Beyond Kenny Omega, Matt Hardy and Private Party have also had a brief run in IMPACT, while The Good Brothers have joined The Elite and made regular appearances on Dynamite. Tony Khan has maintained a presence on IMPACT TV as well and the IMPACT Against All Odds main event between Omega and Moose took place at Daily's Place.

Moose gave his thoughts on the working relationship during an appearance on the What Do You Call It? Podcast. The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion noted the relationship has gone well so far, but he wishes there were more talent exchanges.

"Right now, it seems like it's going well. It's a good thing, two major companies working with each other. My personal opinion, I wish there was more... it just seems like AEW is just using one talent and IMPACT is using one talent. I wish there was more talent exchange and storylines with multiple talents," Moose stated.

"At the end of the day, I don't know where this thing is going and I don't think anybody but the two owners know where this is going. It's possible that it's something we see down the road, but we haven't gotten there yet. We'll see. So far, so good. I got to wrestle at Daily's Place, which was a great atmosphere. I can't wait to see the outcome of this relationship. I'm sure it'll be great, everyone just has to have the patience to see where it's going to go."

Outside of the working relationship with AEW, IMPACT has also been working with New Japan Pro-Wrestling throughout 2021 and the likes of El Phantasmo, Satoshi Kojima and FinJuice have all wrestled in the IMPACT Zone.
