More Main Roster Talents Return To WWE NXT

The influx of main roster talents to WWE NXT continued on the Tuesday night show from the developmental brand. 

Axiom and Scrypts managed to defeat Dabba-Kato in a Handicap Match on NXT but the new team didn't celebrate for long as they were taken out by the returning Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo following the match. Los Lotharios then appeared later in the show on a perch as they watched Edris Enofe & Malik Blade, Tank Ledger & Hank Walker, and Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen go after each other.

Both Carrillo and Garza have previously competed in NXT, with Garza previously reigning as NXT Cruiserweight Champion. They have been a tag team on the main roster since 2021 but have barely been booked on TV over the past year, with two of the tag team's appearances in 2023 coming in battle royals.

Other main roster talents who have appeared on WWE NXT in recent weeks include Baron Corbin, Mustafa Ali, and Dana Brooke. Seth Rollins will also return to NXT next week for night one of Gold Rush to defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker.
