More On Keith Lee's Condition After Double Surgery Announcement
Mia Yim has provided more information on Keith Lee's surgery
It was revealed earlier this week that former AEW World Tag Team Champion Keith Lee would be undergoing surgery. The “Limitless” AEW wrestler announced himself that he would be having not just one, but two surgeries, putting him out of action for a while.
Lee revealed on a private social media account via Haus Of Wrestling, he provided an update on his condition ahead of surgery, explaining, “Took roughly 19 years…. but I guess it’s my turn. Time to get fixed. Here’s to double surgeries. Certainly one way to start 2024.”
Lee was scheduled recently to take on Swerve Strickland at the Worlds End PPV, but was removed from the card after not being cleared to compete. In the few days since this was announced, an update has been provided by Lee’s wife, WWE’s Mia Yim in response to a story posted by Ringside News.
“Smdh. Ringside news is hot pressed garbage. I won’t state specifics but heart and throat surgery is absolutely false.”
The exact nature of Lee’s injuries and surgeries are unknown at this time, but we wish him the best in his recovery.
