Mystery Participant To Enter Casino Ladder Match At AEW Double Or Nothing

Who will it be...

All Elite Wrestling's next pay-per-view Double Or Nothing is only five days away and will likely be broadcast from Daily's Place and TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

The show contains numerous hotly-anticipated matchups as The Inner Circle and The Elite will finally clash in a Stadium Stampede match, and Cody and Lance Archer will go one on one for the inaugural TNT Championship.

Nine competitors will also face off in the Casino Ladder match for a shot at the AEW World Championship. Eight wrestlers have already been announced but AEW confirmed yesterday that the final participant won't be revealed until Double Or Nothing.

Speculation has run rampant about who the mystery man could be. All main roster WWE Superstars that were released on April 15 have been ruled out because they are bound by 90-day non-compete clauses. A released NXT wrestler like Chris Hero could enter the match, but the most anticipated name is The Icon Sting as his WWE contract recently expired. The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion did retire back in 2016, but he has since hinted that he would like to step back inside the squared circle and has been linked with AEW in the past week
