Ring of Honor return to pay-per-view on July 26, with Death Before Dishonor set for Arlington, Texas.
A new match has been set for the show, with ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta set to defend the title for the first time since January 2024 when he puts the gold on the line against Lee Moriarty.
‘Taiga Style’ earned his shot at the belt after going to a time-limit draw with Yuta in a Proving Ground match on the June 20 edition of ROH TV on HonorClub. This in-turn was Yuta’s first match in an ROH ring since Final Battle in December 2023, with the BCC member missing a chunk of time in 2024 due to concussion issues.
ROH President Tony Khan made the match official on X/Twitter, after Yuta’s Blackpool Combat Club tangled with Moriarty and Shane Taylor Promotions on a recent episode of ROH TV.
