New United Empire Member Set To Make NJPW Debut

An NJPW debut incoming for the latest United Empire member

United Empire's latest member is set to make his New Japan Pro-Wrestling debut next month.

Will Ospreay recruited Callum Newman as United Empire's newest apprentice earlier this year after Drilla Moloney defected to Bullet Club. New Japan have now announced that Newman will make his NJPW debut on the Road to Destruction tour that kicks off on September 8. Newman will be in action on the first night of the tour, teaming with United Empire faction mates HENARE, Jeff Cobb, and Great-O-Khan to take on Los Ingobernables de Japon's Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, Yota Tsuji, and Hiromu Takahashi.

Making his debut back in 2018, Callum Newman has established himself as a regular performer on the European independent wrestling scene, having wrestled for the likes of PROGRESS in the UK, OTT in Ireland, and GWF in Germany. Newman has primarily performed for RevPro in recent months, being recruited to United Empire following a loss to Will Ospreay in June.

With Newman in the faction, he joins Will Ospreay, Great-O-Khan, Jeff Cobb, HENARE, Mark Davis, Kyle Fletcher, TJP, Francesco Akira, and Gideon Grey in the United Empire.
