New WWE SmackDown Logo Revealed

WWE SmackDown to have new logo for move to USA Network

Friday Night SmackDown's move to USA Network will see a refresh of the brand's logo.

While not officially changed on WWE.com yet, the USA Network website displays a new logo for SmackDown ahead of the show's move back to the channel for the season premiere on Friday, September 13. The new logo is very similar to the one utilised since 2019 but features more of a curved background and contains a deeper shade of blue.

WWE SmackDown moves to USA Network from FOX as part of a $1.4 billion deal with NBCUniversal. The deal is believed to be for five years and will see SmackDown air on USA Network for the first time since 2019.

The WWE-NBCUniversal deal also includes a clause for WWE to produce four primetime specials per year to air on USA's sister network, NBC. The first primetime special, according to reports, will be announced soon.

USA Network will also air Monday Night Raw until the end of 2024 but the show will move to Netflix in the new year. SmackDown's commentators will be Michael Cole and Corey Graves until the end of the year, at which point Cole and Graves will be switched out for Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett.
