Newest Member Of TMDK Revealed At New Japan Cup Final 2023

A new member of TMDK has been revealed!

TMDK now have a junior heavyweight in their ranks.

Following Hiromu Takahashi's successful defence of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship against Lio Rush at today's New Japan Cup Final event, Zack Sabre Jr. made his way to the ring. ZSJ admitted that he wasn't a junior heavyweight, but the newest member of TMDK was and he would be Hiromu's next challenger for the Junior Heavyweight Title.

A vignette above Sydney then played inside the arena and when the camera panned to the wrestler, it revealed that Robbie Eagles was the latest member of The Mighty Don't Kneel. Eagles then challenged Takahashi to a match at Sakura Genesis on April 8, a challenge which Hiromu accepted.

With his addition to the group, TMDK now features Zack Sabre Jr., Mikey Nicholls, Shane Haste, Bad Dude Tito, Kosei Fujita, and Robbie Eagles.

Formerly a member of CHAOS, Robbie Eagles is a former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion. He has not wrestled for NJPW in Japan since December 2022 but he has worked the promotion's Tamashii shows in Australia.
