Newest WWE Developmental Signing Revealed

WWE signs Julian Baldi

WWE have signed a new developmental talent.

Julian Baldi, a talent featured on 'WWE: Next Gen', has announced on social media that he has signed with WWE.

"IT'S OFFICIAL - It had to be kept a secret but I can finally announce that I have signed with WWE! Andiamo #WWENextGen #wwenxt," Baldi tweeted.

The tweet was accompanied by two photos of Baldi, including one where he is draped with the Italian flag. This prompted a flurry of tweets from social media users encouraging him to join Tony D'Angelo and The Family on WWE NXT. When Baldi will make his WWE debut has yet to be revealed.

Baldi is currently a talent on 'WWE: Next Gen', the WWE docuseries that debuted on the Roku Channel on April 1. The series is executive produced by John Cena and follows a group of young men and women as they look to become wrestlers in WWE. Whether other talents from the series will end up being signed is unknown.

Before signing with WWE, Baldi played American football at Valdosta State University.

WWE have added a number of talents to their developmental system since late 2023. One wrestler who has been impressing officials is Je'Von Evans and WWE are said to be "very high" on the 19-year-old.
