Report: WWE 'Very High' On Je'Von Evans

WWE officials 'very high' on Je'Von Evans

A debuting WWE NXT talent could be set for a bright future in the promotion.

It was revealed in a hype package at NXT Stand & Deliver that Je'Von Evans will make his NXT TV debut on Tuesday, April 9. Who Evans will be facing on the show has not been revealed.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE are "very high" on the young 19-year-old. Alvarez said: "Je'Von Evans makes his NXT debut and I have heard great things about this guy... ton of charisma, young. They're very high on him."

After wrestling on the indies for the likes of DEADLOCK Pro Wrestling as Jay Malachi, Je'Von Evans signed with WWE following a tryout in October 2023. He made his WWE debut at the February 6 taping of NXT Level Up and he has wrestled on Level Up three more times since then, earning victories over SCRYPTS and Javier Bernal. Evans has also worked NXT house shows over the past couple of months.

It was reported earlier this year that Je'Von Evans was impressing WWE officials at NXT house shows.
