Nia Jax Reveals Post-WWE Plans

Jax was released by WWE in November 2021

Former WWE Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax has given an update on her future plans post WWE, after Jax was released by the company in November 2021.

Fielding fan questions on her Instagram stories, Jax was asked about her future, to which she replied she was “Starting a business. Growing some cool things on the farm” possibly indicating that Jax is done with the pro wrestling industry, at least for the time being.

Jax’s release from WWE in November 2021 was seen as a shock to many fans, although Jax herself had requested some time away from WWE to take care of her mental health before WWE released her.

A former one-time RAW Women’s Champion, and two-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion with Shayna Baszler, Jax was part of WWE for over seven years, having joined the company in 2014 and being sent straight to NXT.

Although later gaining a reputation for being ‘unsafe in the ring’, Jax was heavily pushed by WWE, with her Women’s Championship win against Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 34 being one of the biggest moments of her career.
