Nick Hogan has been listed as the sole beneficiary of Hulk Hogan's estate in court documents filed on Tuesday, September 9.

US Weekly reported that Hulk (real name Terry Bollea) left behind $5 million in assets. This includes $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and his right to publicity worth $4 million. Hogan's two homes in Clearwater, Florida, estimated to be worth $11 million, were not listed in the paperwork, suggesting they may be owned by a trust or LLC.

Hogan's widow Sky Daily was listed as a surviving spouse, while Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke Hogan was not listed as a beneficiary, having asked to be removed from the WWE Hall of Famer's will. Hulk executed his will in 2016 and amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022, and July 2023, according to Nick Hogan.

Nick Hogan and a man named Terry McCoy are listed as the co-personal representatives of Hulk Hogan's estate.

Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24 at 71 years old, with his official cause of death being ruled a heart attack. It has since been alleged that Hogan's passing may have been the result of medical malpractice, though, after his phrenic nerve was damaged during a neck surgery in May 2025. Sky Daily is considering taking legal action over the surgery.
