NJPW Announces 2 California Shows For November

Another major event on the horizon

New Japan Pro-Wrestling will return to California in November.

The company held 'Resurgence' at The Torch at LA Coliseum on August 14 and NJPW Strong tapings are scheduled to take place on Monday, August 16 at Thunder Studios in Long Beach. NJPW Strong will then go on the road, though, with tapings scheduled for Texas in September and the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia in October.

New Japan plans to quickly return to California and the company announced their next major event in the United States will be Battle In The Valley on Saturday, November 13 at the San Jose Civic Center. This will be the company's first visit to the venue since New Japan Showdown in late 2019.

Stars like Jon Moxley, Jay White, Tomohiro Ishii and Tom Lawlor are all advertised for the show.

Following Battle In The Valley, New Japan will host Detonation on November 15 at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in Riverside, California. Jon Moxley won't be in action on that show, but the likes of Jay White, Juice Robinson, Tomohiro Ishii, Fred Rosser and Chris Dickinson have been advertised for the event.
