NJPW Best Of Super Juniors 28 Day 7 Results, Updated Standings

SHO pulls clear

New Japan Pro-Wrestling returned to Tokyo's Korakuen Hall today for the seventh round of Best Of Super Juniors 28 matches.

SHO's cheating ways continued on today's show as he struck Master Wato in the nether regions with a wrench to defeat the hopeful grandmaster and move two matches clear at the top of the standings.

Cheating was also heavily featured in the main event as El Phantasmo made a big show of proving his right boot wasn't loaded for his match against Hiromu Takahashi, only to hit The Time Bomb with a loaded Sudden Death anyway for the victory.

Check out the day seven results below:

  • Ryohei Oiwa vs. Kosei Fujita ended in a Draw - Young Lions Match
  • Ryusuke Taguchi def. DOUKI
  • Robbie Eagles def. BUSHI
  • YOH def. Taiji Ishimori
  • SHO def. Master Wato
  • El Desperado def. Yoshinobu Kanemaru
