Adam Pearce is a former five-time NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, but don’t expect him to be lacing up the boots again any time soon. In recent weeks, Pearce has been heavily involved in a storyline involving The Vision, facing off intensely with both Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker, with WWE running an angle in which Pearce has been threatened with potential legal troubles for putting his hands on Breakker.

All of this tension on Monday Night RAW has sparked talk of a potential in-ring showing for the RAW General Manager, but this will likely not lead to anything on a physical standpoint. In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that there are currently zero plans in place within WWE for Pearce to wrestle, at least not any time for the foreseeable future.

WWE once advertised a match for Adam Pearce ahead of the 2021 Royal Rumble PLE, with him booked to wrestle Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. However, he was eventually replaced in that spot by Kevin Owens, and WWE never ran with the idea of Pearce stepping foot into the ring again.
