November 23 WWE NXT Sees Rise In Audience Figures

The only way was up...

The November 23 episode of WWE NXT saw a decent rise in viewership, taking the show up to its highest audience rating in a month.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, Tuesday night's episode of NXT averaged 625,000 viewers, which is an increase of 8.9 percent from the November 16 edition. The rise makes this past week's NXT the highest viewed for the show since November 2.

WWE's developmental brand also registered an increase in the crucial 18-49 demographic, scoring a 0.14 rating, which is a 27.3 per cent increase from last week's show. The significant rise saw NXT climb significantly up the American cable charts, to 31st, having set an all-time low for an NXT episode on the USA Network last week.

Aside from small increases in the 25-54 and 50+ age groups, NXT's demo categories were pretty level across the board. It was the rise in the older viewership that appears to have led to the increase in overall viewership.

NXT this week was headlined by a Triple Threat Match for the North American Championship as Carmelo Hayes successfully defended the Title against Johnny Gargano and Pete Dunne.
