During the coronavirus pandemic, All Elite Wrestling's wrestlers have appeared in the crowd on episodes of Dynamite and at Double Or Nothing. This has been widely praised for providing the broadcast with some atmosphere and has led to some fun moments with MJF and Shawn Spears gambling and Britt Baker attacking Brandi Rhodes with a shoe.

WWE has been encouraged to use wrestlers in the crowd at episodes of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, and the company did so during last night's edition of the red brand. 33 NXT Superstars were in attendance for the show with the likes of Jessamyn Duke and Shotzi Blackheart visible in the audience.

All Superstars in the crowd made noise throughout the broadcast and were separated from the in-ring action by plexiglass, which is commonly used at ice hockey games.

Dave Meltzer revealed on Wrestling Observer Radio that no one in the crowd was tested for coronavirus, but they did have their temperatures checked before being bussed to the WWE Performance Center.
