Over 9,400 Tickets Distributed For AEW Big Business
AEW Big Business reportedly distributed over 9,400
All Elite Wrestling’s Big Business special of Dynamite on March 13 saw the company once again take to Boston’s TD Garden, with the show featuring the much-anticipated debut of Mercedes Moné.
Tickets for the event went on sale in mid-February, with over 5,00 tickets shifted within a day of going on sale. A report from Dave Meltzer on X/Twitter states that AEW eventually distributed 9,306 tickets for a reported gate of $345,660.
WrestleTix had earlier reported around 7,800 tickets had been distributed prior to the show, and a follow up report from WrestleTix noted that over 9,400 tickets had been distributed. The outlet suggests that the higher figure may have also factored in complimentary tickets, with such guests assumed to have taken their seats in areas of the Garden previously covered by WrestleTix’s reporting.
Regardless, the event was a success for the company, with the higher ticket figure beating the 8,956 who were in attendance in the same venue for Blood & Guts III in July 2023.
AEW broadcast Big Business Dynamite live on March 13, and also recorded matches for the upcoming episodes of Rampage and Ring of Honor TV.
