PAC Injured On AEW Dynamite

The April 9 edition of AEW Dynamite saw a singles match between Swerve Strickland and PAC finish early after PAC suffered an injury.

After taking a bucklebomb from Strickland, PAC was notably limping and favouring his left ankle/foot. PAC would grab his right foot in pain, and shortly after having a word with ringside physician Doc Samson, PAC ate a superkick and a Swerve Stomp for the loss before being helped to the back. A report from PWInsider states the injury is legitimate.

Later on Dynamite, The Death Riders swarmed the ring after Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta lost a tag team bout to Samoa Joe and HOOK, with PAC notable by his absence.

This is PAC’s third injury in as many years, the former AEW International Champion having missed time from March - July 2023 due to a nose injury, then from July 2023 until March 2024 with an undisclosed issue. As of writing, there is no word as to the severity of PAC’s latest injury, nor indeed how much time he will miss if any.
