Paul Ellering has given his thoughts on the future of AOP after the three were released by WWE.

The WWE Hall of Famer returned to the company to once again manage Akam and Rezar, but despite being part of Karrion Kross’ Final Testament group, there were believed to be few plans for the team after their feud with The Wyatt Sicks ended in December 2024.

Ellering has since taken to X/Twitter to give his thoughts on AOP and their release:

“@WWE I am tired of the talking heads. Akam and Rezar can, without a doubt beat any Tag Team in the business today. Pedigree check. LOD 2.O.”

Ellering was the mouthpiece and literal manager of the legendary Road Warriors/Legion of Doom, with ‘Precious Paul’ receiving his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the group. As for his and AOP’s future, it remains to be seen, with WWE believed to have brought Ellering back into the company when AOP re-signed with the promotion in early 2024 as part of negotiations to secure their signatures.
