Piper Niven Sidelined With Injury

A former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion is currently out of action. 

Fightful Select has reported that Piper Niven is currently on the shelf with a hand injury. It is feared within WWE that Niven is dealing with a broken hand. 

Niven hasn't wrestled since teaming with Chelsea Green in a loss to Natalya and Tegan Nox at the February 5 taping of Main Event. There was speculation that Niven might have been dealing with an injury after she was not featured in the Last Chance Battle Royal to qualify for the women's Elimination Chamber match on last week's Raw. 

Green has been featured as a singles talent during Piper Niven's absence. Green suffered a quick loss to Raquel Rodriguez on the February 26 edition of Raw, eating the pin following a Tejana Bomb. This came after Green called Rodriguez a loser, just like the San Jose Sharks,

Piper Niven has been on the main roster since 2021, initially as Doudrop alongside Eva Marie. Piper Niven held the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships with Chelsea Green for 126 days in 2023 until they dropped the belts to Katana Chance and Kayden Carter.
