Possible Spoiler For Roman Reigns Vs. Goldberg At WWE Elimination Chamber

Will Goldberg leave Jeddah with the gold?

Two years after the match was originally scheduled to take place, Goldberg and Roman Reigns will finally go one-on-one for the Universal Championship, with the match currently booked for Elimination Chamber on Saturday, February 19.

While there is always a latent fear amongst fans that Goldberg will win a world title match - especially after he defeated The Fiend for the Universal Title in 2020 - it appears Da' Man won't be leaving Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the Universal Championship this time around.

Goldberg is currently advertised to appear at WWE's SmackDown tapings from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 11, with WWE set to tape a live edition of the blue brand and the go-home SmackDown for Elimination Chamber on the same night.

The WWE Hall Of Famer isn't advertised for any episodes of SmackDown after Elimination Chamber, though, which suggests he won't be Universal Champion on the road to WrestleMania.

Goldberg's WWE contract is believed to expire after the Elimination Chamber, but if the company will try to re-sign the 55-year-old remains to be seen.
