New Matches Added To IMPACT No Surrender
The first IMPACT Plus special of the year is set for February 19
We are one week away from IMPACT’s first IMPACT Plus special of 2022, and several new matches have been added to the card, stemming from incidents on the February 10 edition of IMPACT Wrestling.
New IMPACT Digital Media Champion Matt Cardona will put his title on the line against inaugural Champion Jordynne Grace, after Cardona turned heel to win the title on February 3. Cardona explained his actions on February 10, saying he took matters into his own hands after IMPACT management failed to check on him or offer him a rematch when he lost his IMPACT World Championship match against Champion Moose and W. Morrissey, and as the first wrestler to truly take advantage of social media, he felt he deserved the title.
JONAH will also be in action at No Surrender, taking on Decay’s Black Taurus, after Decay saved Johnny Swinger from a JONAH beatdown on IMPACT Wrestling.
And in a change to the 10-man tag between Honor No More and Team IMPACT, Josh Alexander is out after his outburst at Scott D’Amore and IMPACT security, and Steve Maclin is in.
