Possible Spoiler On Drew McIntyre Match At WWE Clash At The Castle

Possible WWE Clash at the Castle SPOILER revealed

WWE wouldn't screw Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle again, would they?

Drew McIntyre is scheduled to challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle on Saturday, June 15 from the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. The overwhelming expectation is that McIntyre will win the title in his home nation of Scotland but a new announcement has cast doubt on the Clash at the Castle result.

WWE will air an episode of Friday Night SmackDown from Madison Square Garden on June 28, only two weeks after Clash at the Castle, and the New York City venue has announced that Damian Priest will put the World Heavyweight Title on the line against Jey Uso in a dark match on the show.

"JUST ANNOUNCED! From Monday Night RAW see Damian Priest vs. Jey Uso live in a World Heavyweight Championship Match at Friday Night SmackDown on Fri, Jun 28 at The Garden!" MSG tweeted.

Although WWE cards are always subject to change, the announcement of Damian Priest as World Heavyweight Champion could signal that he will somehow defeat Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle. Speculation has suggested that 'Irn Dru' may lose in the United Kingdom once again, this time due to interference from CM Punk.

Drew McIntyre previously main evented Clash at the Castle 2022, a show which ended with him coming up short in an Undisputed WWE Universal Title match against Roman Reigns following interference from Solo Sikoa. McIntyre ended the pay-per-view without gold around his waist singing 'Don't Look Back In Anger' by Oasis with Tyson Fury.
