Randy Orton Officially Part Of The WWE SmackDown Roster

Randy Orton is now a member of the blue brand

Following his big return at Survivor Series 2023 inside WarGames, Randy Orton appeared on both RAW and SmackDown brands this week. On RAW, he defeated Dominik Mysterio and made amends with former enemy Jey Uso. On SmackDown, he made more of an impactful statement.

On SmackDown, Orton was courted by both Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce, who were both trying to procure the free agent to their respective brands. Paul Heyman arrived with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso to try and dissuade Orton from the blue brand. The Bloodline members attacked Orton, who was then saved by LA Knight. Orton laid out Jimmy Uso and signed on the dotted line to become the newest member of SmackDown.

After getting his hands raised by Nick Aldis, Orton hit a “RKO outta nowhere” on the General Manager to celebrate his arrival. Prior to his year and a half absence, Orton was a member of the Monday Night RAW brand, reigning as one half of the RAW Tag Team Champions alongside Matt Riddle.
