In 2025, the son of Scott Steiner, Brock Rechsteiner, signed an NIL deal with WWE, and also made statements that he was open to a career within professional wrestling after the end of his NFL career, which remained as his number one focus. A new report has emerged signalling WWE’s clear intention at bringing him in whenever it is possible.
According to Fightful Select, WWE has their eyes firmly on Brock Rechsteiner, with it being noted that a WWE higher-up was “already buzzing” about the possibility and potential of signing him to the company. It is stated that there is a “99.9 percent chance” that Rechsteiner will receive a WWE offer whenever his NFL career comes to an end. The same source also said that the promotion had been keeping an eye on Rechsteiner throughout his college career, hearing only good things about the athlete. When it comes to his eventual offer, it is believed that it will be offered outright rather than him going through a tryout.
Rechsteiner spoke in the past about cousin Bron Breakker being in his ear about coming to WWE, revealing that he had trained with the current WWE World Tag Team Champion.
