Report: Actual WWE WrestleMania 38 Attendances Revealed

Still big numbers for WWE from WrestleMania 38

WWE held their annual extravaganza WrestleMania 38 on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Both nights of The Showcase Of The Immortals have received praise since the event, with Sami Zayn vs. Johnny Knoxville, Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair, and Pat McAfee vs. Austin Theory being tipped as the best matches from the show.

WWE also announced their inflated attendance figures for WrestleMania 38, as has become common with The Show Of Shows, but the actual attendances for both nights have emerged, courtesy of Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter

According to Meltzer, WWE set up AT&T Stadium to hold 66,859 fans for each night. On night one, 65,719 tickets were distributed, while 65,653 fans attended night two, meaning 131,372 fans attended 'Mania in total.

Approximately 5,500 tickets were comps and fans were also moved around AT&T Stadium to ensure the 1,100+ more expensive seats were filled.

Altogether, the paid attendance for WrestleMania Saturday and Sunday was between 57,000 and 60,000 for each night.
