Report: AEW Blood & Guts Match Will Be Live, Other Dynamite Matches Will Be Taped

A different experience for the live crowd

Although reports noted last week that AEW Blood & Guts might be a one-match show, the episode will instead be close to a usual edition of Dynamite and five matches will be broadcast on the night.

Only the Blood & Guts match between The Inner Circle and The Pinnacle will be live, though, according to David Bixenspan. The other four matches on the card like Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston vs. Kenny Omega and Michael Nakazawa will be taped in advance and the live crowd will watch those matches on the big screen.

Bixenspan tweeted: "I keep forgetting to blog this, but whatever: According to A Person Familiar With The Matter, it's gonna be a one-match show for the live crowd, w/ other matches taped earlier/shown on the big screen. Refunds will be available in the first ~45-60 min for anyone who was confused."

The advertised card for next week's Dynamite is as follows:
• The Inner Circle vs. The Pinnacle - Blood & Guts Match
• Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston vs. Kenny Omega & Michael Nakazawa
• SCU vs. Jurassic Express vs. The Acclaimed vs. The Varsity Blonds - AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator
• Cody Rhodes vs. QT Marshall
• Britt Baker in action
