Andrade El Idolo reportedly walked out of a pro wrestling show in Mexico on Friday, November 7.
Andrade was in Tijuana for The Crash's 14th anniversary show. The former WWE United States Champion was announced for The Crash event, and he did attend the meet-and-greet to sign autographs, but El Idolo ended up not appearing on the show after walking out.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Andrade walked out as he was unhappy, although why the 36-year-old wasn't happy is unknown.
"Andrade was on the show, probably the main attraction on the show. He was there signing autographs and then he left. The only thing that we heard was that he was unhappy. His non-compete is only United States so he can work in Tijuana, he can work Mexico City," Meltzer said.
Andrade is currently subject to a one-year WWE non-compete clause in the United States after being fired with cause by the organisation in September. El Idolo was reportedly let go due to multiple wellness policy violations.
Andrade made his return to All Elite Wrestling on the October 1 episode of Dynamite, but he disappeared after WWE sent AEW a legal letter. AEW announcers have since been directed not to mention Andrade.
