Apollo Crews isn't the only WWE Raw talent back on NXT.

The former Intercontinental Champion returned to the developmental brand on Tuesday's episode, answering Bron Breakker's call for anyone in the locker room to step up to the challenge. Apollo dropped his Nigerian accent, nor was Commander Azeez by his side on NXT and he proceeded to team with Solo Sikoa in a win over Carmelo Hayes and Grayson Waller in the main event.

While Commander Azeez wasn't with Apollo this week, the former Dabba-Kato has also been moved to the WWE NXT roster, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider. If Azeez will be partnered with Crews now that the former United States Champion has dropped the Nigerian accent is currently unknown, though.

Crews and Azeez had been aligned on the main roster since the Commander helped Apollo defeat Big E for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 37. They last appeared on TV together only a couple of weeks ago on the May 26 episode of Main Event.
